Nicola Amsel, a graduate in modern languages and politics, has worked in the investigation industry since 1981. During twelve years in a London firm, she extended the range of her investigative skills to include the exploration of intellectual property rights and associated sectors. Her professional experience and linguistic skills provide a firm foundation for the company's work in the United Kingdom and continental Europe.

She is a Fellow of the Institute of Professional Investigators, an Associate Member of the Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys, an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Patent Agents and a Member of the Licensing Executives Society.

Michael Green is a member of the Institute of Legal Executives. His early career was in private legal practice in Manchester, thereafter in legal services management of a corporate utility where he specialised in civil litigation. He joined Amsel & Co. as a partner in 1996. He is a Member of the Institute of Professional Investigators, a Member of the Association of British Investigators and a Member of the World Association of Detectives.
